HISTORY
Diver-founded, and family-owned, Midco is proud to be considered the most experienced and well-equipped commercial diving operation in the USA, after decades of hard work. Today, the contracting & marine services company has expanded to employ 30+ full-time staff members, including divers, supervisors, and project managers, as well as sales and support staff. From its headquarters in Rapid City, South Dakota, Midco has branched out into various field offices across the country to better support our municipal and industrial partners. In the years that have passed since inception, our evolving team has taken on a multitude of underwater diving projects, big and small, constantly expanding upon service offerings on a nationwide scale.

At Midco Diving & Marine Services, we take on the toughest underwater conditions you can imagine. After nearly twenty years of commercial diving experience from underwater construction to municipal water tank repair – we’ve gone in where few others would even think. Highly contaminated water, confined work spaces, radiation, zero visibility, and high-altitude operations are all fair game. Whatever you’ve got in mind, we welcome the challenge.
